Help me do better

I am a work in progress

I need to be stronger than before

As it is the time for reflection and growth

Things come and go

No matter how big the problem

I know I can conquer if I want

It is not the time to give up

Not just yet

I know I can do better no matter what

Even when my thoughts take over me

I know I can fight this battle

I know I can do better.
