A Father’s Shield

In tough times, the men in my family stand tall,
Guarding us with all their might, they never fall.
He shields us with their hands like sheltering wings,
Lifting us up, making sure no harm it brings.
Shoulders strong, they offer us to lean,
Even in slippers, their strength is still seen.
They bear their duty, no matter how hard,
A rock in our lives, our protector.
